Ricky Raley has seen more than his share of trauma. While in Iraq in 2007-2008, an improvised explosive device (IED) exploded near him, and he suffered a brain injury as a result. Six months later, he lost the use of his legs in a car accident. But he is not slowing down.

Ricky rode 1500 miles on his his first hand cycle tour from Ground Zero in NYC to Pinellas Park, Florida. He’s at it again in 2019 to raise money and awareness to help veterans overcome the invisible wounds of war and combat veteran suicide.
In this episode, Ricky describes to Coach Bill Hart how being "all in" shows up in his life.
