Our guest today is Dr. Tom Burns, orthopedic sports surgeon
turned real estate investor, and the author of "Why Doctors Don't
Get Rich- How YOU Can Create Freedom with Passive Income."
Coming out of medical school, Tom Burns noticed that doctors tend
to emulate other doctors. And he was not looking forward to the
long hours and fractured family lives of his peers. So he made a
first step toward a life of his design, by buying a condo. Building
on that success, he acquired more properties.
