"Adversity is like cardio."

In this episode, we talk with Chris Welton, a mortgage professional who has seen his share of adversity. As a child, he learned to deal with having a limb difference. He thrived, playing baseball and football in school. He went on to successful careers in the automotive and mortgage fields.

Starting in 2019, a different type of adversity showed up in his life. He lost several relatives in quick succession. In a final blow, his newborn son only lived for 18 hours. Chris shares his life lessons on taking care of your mental health, accepting support from friends and family, and encouraging others to talk about the issue rather than avoiding or feeling uncomfortable.
